Shipping policy
Our products are manufactured and shipped from our warehouses in the United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, and Hong Kong (depending on product availability, we will ship from the warehouse closest to your location). We perform weekly checks of our inventory to ensure that the quality of our products is of the highest level.
We ship by UPS, FEDEX, DHL, or your local post office. This means that every order is shipped express!
Delivery takes about 3-12 business days depending on your location (excluding weekends, holidays, and unexpected delays due to couriers).
This does not include our processing time of 2-5 business days. During sales periods or if the product is in high demand, processing times may be as long as 7-10 business days.
Shipping times are approximate and depend on country location, post office, and customs paperwork.
*From January 15 to February 1, we will only accept pre-orders and all orders received during this period (including size changes and requested reshipments) will be shipped as soon as we move to the new warehouse, approximately February 1.
The customer will be responsible for paying any additional government or post office taxes or customs charges.
The item is addressed exactly as it was supplied to us. Once the item reaches the destination country, the local post office will distribute the item for delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the local post office for any problems that may arise after the product has reached the destination country.
If you order from the United States, you will receive a tracking code as soon as your order is shipped. If the tracking code is not updated for a few days, don't worry, it will start updating as soon as the order arrives in the country and is assigned to the USPS. It usually takes 2-5 days from the time you receive the tracking number.
Your order may be shipped in multiple shipments to optimize shipping and delivery time.
The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Sugafit to import the goods on his/her behalf. In addition, the consignee/buyer agrees that Sugafit may delegate the obligation to import the goods on its behalf to a subcontractor. The consignee will pay taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.
Parcels returned through no fault of the sender may be returned at the customer's expense. Refunds for returned parcels that are not the sender's fault will be issued in full, less the shipping costs incurred by the sender.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee to receive the returned item.
FAQ
LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible if the address is entered incorrectly during the checkout process. Please make sure your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If an error has been made, please notify us no later than 6 hours after placing your order. If your order is not delivered because the end customer made an address error, you will receive a refund once it is returned to the warehouse, excluding return shipping charges, or it will be returned to the customer once the address is changed to the correct one. If you realize you have made a mistake in the address after the package has been shipped, please inform us as soon as possible. We will try to help you deliver the package before it goes back.
SHIPPING CHARGES
We are not responsible for any shipping charges once the items have been shipped. Once you purchase our products, you agree that one or more packages will be shipped to you and will be subject to customs charges when they arrive in your country.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Keep an eye on the SPAM box of your e-mail because it may end up there.
MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.
Some shipping companies require 2 to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order has been placed for more than 5 business days and there is still no tracking number information, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, sometimes items from the same purchase are shipped in one separate package, even if combined shipping has been specified.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
You can cancel your order without penalty! For cancellation to apply, you must cancel the order within 6 hours of placing it. If the item has already been shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel the order. Simply send an email with the subject line "CANCELLATION".
