At Sugafit, your satisfaction is our top priority.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item, and we’ll gladly assist with a return or exchange.
Requests made after 30 days will unfortunately not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please use a trackable shipping method when sending back your item. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged or lost due to customer misuse or negligence are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Personalized or clearance items (if any) may not be eligible for return unless defective.
How to Return

Contact Us
Email support@sugafit.com with your order number, photos/videos of the product, and the reason for return.
Our support team will confirm your eligibility within 3 business days. -
Ship the Item Back
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and detailed shipping instructions.
(Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.) -
Receive Refund or Replacement
After receiving your return, our team will inspect it within 3–5 business days and issue either a refund or an exchange.
Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we’ll cover the full refund including return shipping.

If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong model or size ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

No restocking fee will be charged.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2–3 business days.
If you don’t see the refund after this period, please check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment. If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us promptly to receive a full refund.

Once the parcel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
